No skylarking on the curlybells.

"Coldest, Wettest, Darkest June on Record" says the Hearttown Daily Bulletin.

The sun finally came out today and the sky was blue and clear - I could see Hinchinbrook from the Sea Bar (on the Strand) - at last some traditional Hearttown winter weather. It's been a lovely day.

ps. special hello to those who also used to wear a bottle green uniform and play in the amazing fig tree caves.

pps. miss you Hearttown people

Everything is beautiful.

Although we miss our darling, the trip has been wonderful.

After the wonderful time in Canberra, Stephen (you may know him by his other, less fake, name)and I (uil) saw my (uil) Dad in Sydney and then we (nicely ambiguous) went on a trip to the Blue Mountains with Leila; Sam and Sam's new boyfriend; Sam's Dad and Sam's Dad's wife; and the utterly delightful Tom and Stewart (fake names tba) and then more fun at the Three Sisters Social Club Ball, then some energetic bushwalking in the Blue Mountains then a drive home to Sydney via Norman Lindsay's house and then some more culture vulturing with Sam's new boyfriend. Leila and I went out and then there was a plane trip and now I am here, in Heart Town.
It was so wonderful to see old friends (including my sister), to meet new friends and it is also wonderful to be here with my (other) sister and family and the gorgeous dog Friday.

Everything is beautiful.
Love from polly people.
